For the fastest service, please access your tenant portal to submit repair requests.


  • Include photos of the issue and the best description possible so we can send the correct vendor and ensure they have the correct parts and materials with them.
  • Select YES on permission to enter so we can make the repair as quickly as possible. If you require to be present for the repair, please give repair times over a 3 day period so the technician can schedule the repair with you.

If you have a fire or major accident, please call 911 first.

For a suspected gas leak, call Atmos at 1-866-322-8667. For major water leaks, call COSA at 325-657-4295.

  • Fire
  • Water leak
  • Gas leak
  • Sewer back up
  • Loss of hot water throughout the home
  • Air conditioner not working in outside temperatures above 90 degrees
  • Heater not working in outside temperatures below 40 degrees
  • Property damage
