General Maintenance
For the fastest service, please access your tenant portal to submit repair requests.
- Include photos of the issue and the best description possible so we can send the correct vendor and ensure they have the correct parts and materials with them.
- Select YES on permission to enter so we can make the repair as quickly as possible. If you require to be present for the repair, please give repair times over a 3 day period so the technician can schedule the repair with you.
Emergencies
If you have a fire or major accident, please call 911 first.
For a suspected gas leak, call Atmos at 1-866-322-8667. For major water leaks, call COSA at 325-657-4295.
What is considered an emergency?
- Fire
- Water leak
- Gas leak
- Sewer back up
- Loss of hot water throughout the home
- Air conditioner not working in outside temperatures above 90 degrees
- Heater not working in outside temperatures below 40 degrees
- Property damage
